🌶️ Spice Up Meeting Recaps with a Mindmap

A growing trend among AI tools is to visualize large bodies of information with a mindmap. Here’s an example from of a recent pod about managing client status requests:

If you think about the follow-up emails we send after meetings: summaries, action items etc, a mindmap is a great addition.

Here’s the easiest way to make one today:
Head over to ChatGPT (paid plan required), and start a conversation with the Whimsical Diagrams GPT. Simply provide the transcript and it’ll create the visualization with a tool called Whimsical. You can even modify it after its been created.

If you’re using this for client meetings, look out for sensitive info & consider redaction. Long-term I’d love to see this functionality built into the meeting tools we use.
