📅 Create A Timeline Graphic
A simple reusable timeline graphic can be helpful to communicate expectations to clients, over, and over, and over again.
Call out key dates, and include the image in each communication. It’s easier than you think (and free) thanks to Canva.
Search “Timeline” to get some starter templates:
Or search “Gantt Chart” to visualize multiple things happening in parallel:
You can even use Bulk Creation to generate a bunch of images. Upload a CSV of the delivery timelines for each client, or the key dates for each client, and it’ll generate an image for each record in the CSV.
Then if you’re using a mass e-mailer you can use that image, or a URL for that image as a custom client-specific field, to insert the client’s image into the email they receive
